      <image:title>Our Story - Jean-Philippe Fortier-Lazure Project Manager</image:title>
      <image:caption>Jean-Philippe Fortier-Lazure holds a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance from the Université de Montréal and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with the Project Management Institute (PMI). Jean-Philippe brings extensive knowledge of the performing arts sector, having been a member of the Canadian Opera Company’s Ensemble Studio. He has performed on stages throughout Canada, the United States, Europe, and in feature films and television. He is the proud recipient of the Governor General’s Performing Arts Awards Mentorship Award. In addition to his role at Projectit Performance Solutions, Jean-Philippe is currently serving as the Senior Exhibitions Manager at the National Gallery of Canada, where he orchestrates captivating exhibitions and provides internal project leadership. Previously, he worked as a Project Manager at Maerospace Corporation, where he successfully led high-stakes projects, including the development of Maerospace’s first demonstration PASE Radar and the establishment of the Project Management Office (PMO).</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Story - Guy Lazure President, Founder</image:title>
      <image:caption>Guy is the founding principal of Projectit Performance Solutions Inc. He brings more than 30 years of management and executive experience. He has worked within the following sectors, throughout North America: High Tech, Telecommunications, Financial and Insurance, Energy, Health Care, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, Professional Services and Manufacturing. Guy believes that organizations can work better and has spent most of his career working to help achieve this. Guy is among the first 100 persons, worldwide, to receive the “PMI Certified OPM3 Professional” designation. He is also the recipient of the Northern Telecom HR Award of Excellence for Innovation. Guy holds a Master’s degree in Management Science, Information Systems from the University of Waterloo, and a degree in Industrial Relations, from Université Laval, along with a PMP, and held a CHRP designation for many years. He has been a Project Management professor at the Conestoga College, a Senior Lecturer in HRM, an Executive guest speaker for the MBA program at the University of Windsor, Odette School of Business, an adjunct professor on project management for the REAP, the Arts Business program and the Global Business and Digital Arts Program at the University of Waterloo. Over the years, he has also presented on various project management topics at events such as the PMO Symposium, ProjectWorld, PMI SeminarsWorld, various local Symposiums, and PMI chapter meetings. An avid scuba diver, Guy also likes to sail with his children and wife of many years. Current volunteering efforts include his work as Vice-Chair for the Grand Philharmonic Choir and as past commander of the local Canadian Power &amp; Sail Squadron, where he leads courses on various aspects of safe boating such as the correct use of marine GPS, AIS, Radar and understanding marine chars.</image:caption>

Through this effort, Guy Lazure has been dedicated to leading, organizing, and creating opportunities to share his experience and knowledge with others. This has led to meaningful partnerships with national and local chapters of PMI (Project Management Institute) for events such as the PMO Symposium and events hosted by Canada’s Technology Triangle Chapter. Guy has continued to strive to impact the next generation of project managers through his work as an adjunct professor at the University of Waterloo, Conestoga College, and the University of Windsor. This has led to many hours of mentoring and coaching, developing meaningful relationships with the next generation of industry leaders.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Guy has also been dedicated to supporting charitable organizations in their mission to help foster joy and positive change in his community through both passive and active means. This includes his work as the past Commander and active instructor of the Grand River Power &amp; Sail Squadron, a local chapter of the CPS. Their mission is to make boating safer, environmentally responsible, and enjoyable through educational initiatives in local communities throughout Canada. During his tenure, he oversaw the merger of the Cambridge and Kitchener chapters to form the Grand River Power &amp; Sail Squadron, leveraging the strengths of each unit to form a more resilient and cohesive organization. The amalgamation ensured a more efficient operation, reduced duplicate costs to members, and increased the learning opportunities to offer a more comprehensive approach for the region.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Guy has also been deeply connected with the work of the Grand Philharmonic Choir, as the vicechair and secretary of the board. Although Guy’s strengths do not naturally resound in the concert halls, he has recognized the positive and long-lasting impact this organization has had on the community. The learning opportunities the organization offers through its children, youth and adult choirs have been a source of pride, offering a formal music education program including ear training, performance skills, voice production, sight-reading and music theory. Guy continues to be proud to support the ongoing fundraising and community outreach initiatives, while at the same time strengthening the organization’s overall operational sustainability and development.</image:caption>
